- Usage data — which tools you run, quotas consumed, timestamps; basic technical logs.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Polar); we receive subscription status and customer identifiers, not full card details.
3. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service (generate assets, enforce plan limits), process subscriptions, secure and improve the product, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. 4. Processors & sub-processors
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:
- Clerk — authentication / identity.
- Supabase — database hosting (workspaces, usage, entitlements).
- Polar — payments / Merchant of Record.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI generation of marketing assets.
- Render — backend hosting; Vercel — frontend hosting.
- Resend — transactional email (if enabled).
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; we rely on their safeguards for such transfers.
5. Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and security purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to records we must retain).
