1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of korvi (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
korvi is an AI marketing workspace that analyzes a website you provide and generates marketing assets (persona, positioning, content calendars, SEO and related tools). Output is generated by AI and provided for your evaluation; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee any specific business result.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk). You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, billing & payment processor
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. By subscribing you also agree to Polar's terms. Your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account (Polar customer portal). On cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Plan limits (workspaces, monthly generations) apply per the pricing page in effect.
5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape or analyze sites you have no right to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its AI cost limits.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding your inputs and generated output, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you own the marketing assets you generate for your own business use. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
